The PAPA
Thank
you for your inquiry about the Preschool Age Psychiatric Assessment
(PAPA) by Helen Link Egger, MD; Barbara Ascher, MA; and Adrian Angold,
MRCPsych.
DESCRIPTION: The
Preschool Age Psychiatric Assessment(PAPA) is a parent report-only
assessment focused on children aged 2 to 5. Derived from the Child
and Adolescent Psychiatric Assessment(CAPA), it is tailored to
feelings and behaviors pertinent to young children. Recently,
a web-based version of the PAPA, the ePAPA, was created. The ePAPA
is a new tool for administering the PAPA. The ePAPA makes it easier
to change the content of the PAPA, to correct the measure, and
to create new versions of the PAPA. The ePAPA is capable of generating
a word document that is an exact replica of its contents.
